Want to help more individuals and families find your services? The Food Finder Map is a powerful tool that connects your agency directly to the community. By keeping your information accurate and up to date, your organization can appear in search results when people are looking for food assistance and support in their area. This includes key details like your hours of operation, services offered, and contact information.
You can easily update and manage your agency’s page using Vivery, ensuring your details stay current and visible to those searching for help. This will help to increase your visibility, ensures neighbors can easily find and access your services, and strengthens your impact across the community. Keeping your profile active means more people can connect with the resources you provide.
Vivery
This powers the Food Finder Map on the Feeding South Florida website, helping individuals locate nearby food pantries and access assistance. Each Partner Agency’s Vivery account is connected to the map, so details such as hours of operation, services offered, and contact information are visible to the public. Pantries marked as closed or inactive will not appear.
Keep Your Profile Updated
Maintaining an active and up to date Vivery profile ensures clients can find accurate, real-time information and know what to expect before visiting. Vivery also offers features like text messaging and website integration to strengthen communication and accessibility. All Partner Agencies are encouraged to claim their accounts and keep information complete and current.
How to Claim Your Account
Use the link provided by the Agency Relations Team to claim your Vivery account if you have not yet done so. After clicking the link, enter your information and select Sign Up. You will then be asked to confirm the account you are claiming. Once confirmed, you can update and manage your profile.
Team Access
The claim link can be used multiple times. If additional team members need access, you may share the link so they can create their own login credentials.
Accuracy Matters
Information on your Vivery account is visible to the public. Please ensure all details remain accurate and up to date to avoid confusion for clients.
